Product Applications:

1. Electronic Device Field: Due to its high purity, stability, and electrical conductivity, the yttrium metal target is commonly used in the manufacturing of high-temperature electronic components and integrated circuits. Its thin film can enhance the heat resistance and mechanical strength of circuits in microelectronics manufacturing.

2. Optical Application Field: Yttrium metal targets perform excellently in the preparation of optical thin films. For example, they are used for the coatings of high-precision optical components such as optical filters and mirrors. Their high refractive index and low light absorption characteristics make the light transmittance and dispersion of optical devices more stable.

3. Medical Field: In radiology, high-purity yttrium targets can generate high-energy rays (such as X-rays and γ-rays) for CT scans and radiotherapy. Their isotopes (such as Y - 90) are also used as radiopharmaceuticals for targeted cancer therapy.
